Promises
I see your diligence even in hard times. I am a rewarder of them who “diligently” seek me. (See Hebrews 11:6.) I have great plans for you. That is a promise. Many promises I have given you to stand on. For all promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. 2 Corinthians 1:20. I have promised you life more abundantly through my son Christ Jesus. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10. Have I not given my Son to you? Hold steadfast to the promises of God without wavering. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrews 10:23. Do you believe? If you answered yes, stand on the Word, and watch it comes to pass. The Word cannot lie! God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19. I encourage you to study the promises of God. How do you know what to believe for if you have not read what is written? To list a few others, He has promised us peace if we keep our mind on Him, joy, provision, protection, freedom, and healing for the soul and the body. Most importantly He has offered us eternal life for the sin bill of death. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23. These promises are “free” to us through Jesus, but God paid a rich price for us through his Son Christ Jesus. Receive your promises in Jesus name Amen!
