Prayer
Pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17. There is much to pray about. Look around you, beginning with those of the household of faith. We should always pray one for another. See full verse James 5:16. Our primary language should be prayer. We are to keep our hearts posture to God who sits on the throne. God is awaiting for someone who will hold fast to the faith to come in and inquire of Him. Seek Him for what he wants to do in the earth. Who is praying and listening? Can the Holy Spirit bring change to the earth through you? Have we allowed the demands of the world to pull us away from prayer time? Have we become too busy seeking other things? The word of God our Father said seek ye first the kingdom of God. See full verse Matthew 6:33. If we obey this command, we would never get too busy to pray. Prayer in the name of Jesus changes any situation. What has a hold of your heart (ear) that there is no time to hear God? Is it the voice of busyness or the voice of distractions? Who has “truly” heard the voice of God for a mighty move in the earth? He is always speaking from the Word. However, there are specific things God wills to be done at his perfect timing in the earth. He desires our ear (heart) to be bowed to Him to hear divine strategies and instructions. God uses us all differently based on the gifting and calling, but we are ALL called to pray. This is a new year, let us start off good by praying without ceasing. Selah
